OT&P Healthcare has direct billing arrangements with many international and local insurance companies. We accept many major insurance cards, however, we ask you to check with us to confirm.

We currently do not have a waiting list. You can register with us at any time during opening hours. The required forms can be collected at any clinic or requested via email. Registration can be completed 10 minutes before your first appointment.

If you are relocating to Hong Kong and would like a tour of our clinic, please ask your relocation services provider to contact us at business@otandp.com or call +852 2155 9533 to arrange an appointment for you. If they are providing you with orientation services, you can ask them to make an appointment with us and come over to our clinic as part of your orientation tour. Clinic tours can only take place on certain days and will be in our Central location only.

For first-time GP consultations (unless the patient is very unwell), GP will take a full history so appointments will take at least 30 minutes. Follow up appointments are 15 minutes or longer if required. Specialist appointments are usually about 30 minutes long but may differ on a case-by-case basis.

OT&P doctors are happy to discuss vaccination regimes and give advice on the risks and benefits of vaccination programmes so parents can choose the best option for their child.

Yes, if we have them in stock. OT&P has a wholesale pharmacy staffed by an overseas-trained pharmacist and several dispensers. We procure many of our drugs directly from overseas and have a large formulary of western drugs. All of these are procured from reputable international suppliers.

OT&P offers a full range of contraceptive advice and care. We stock many contraceptive pills, injections and coils, and import implanon devices from the UK. We also have certified doctors to provide Nexplanon Insertion and Removal services.

All our doctors speak English and for the majority of them, it's their first language. Our General Practitioners mostly come from the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Many of our General Practitioners are trained to care for babies, children, and adults. They are experienced in caring for sick children and providing well-child care (e.g. developmental checks and vaccinations).

Our Central, Repulse Bay and Clearwater Bay clinics all have female doctors who are happy to perform well-women health checks.
